스마트 건설 비즈니스 분야 창업을 위한 기초조사와 건설기업운영을 위한 제반 관리기술에 대해 학습하고 이를 통해 전반적인 경영계획 수립에 필요한 지식을 습득하고 실습을 수행한다.

This course covers basic survey for smart construction business start-up and all the management skills for construction corporate operations and strategic planning. In addition, it conducts exercises to establish the management plan for the start-up of smart construction business.
