공급망 내 제조기업을 중심으로 원, 부자재 구매활동의 중요성, 구매원칙, 구매절차, 공급업체 선별방법 등 기업의 구매관리에 대해 학습한다. 또한 구매활동과 제조활동의 통합관리 방법 등에 대해 알아본다.
교과목해설(영문)
supply chain management. The related theories and real cases will be discussed. Especially, the importance of purchasing and how to select the appropriate vendors will be investigated. In order to help students better understand each topic, various materials including the recent magazine articles and academic reports will be provided.
